Senate President Mike Miller sells his counterpart in the other chamber of the State House, House Speaker Mike Busch, down the river by refusing to act on energy costs. Busch now faces the race of his life having to defend 72% percent utility rate increases against a hoarde of angry Republicans working to unseat him, Miller gets to sit back in the catbird seat and watch.
