Oyster harvesting - Wednesday, February 16 - Roger Davidson Jr., assistant professor at Coppin State University, will present "Tonging for Freedom: Black Oystermen & Economic Autonomy on the Chesapeake" at 7 p.m. at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, 801 Chase St. in Annapolis.
